Dr. Stan “Data” Dobbs
Public Policy Research Fellow
Dr. Dobbs is a retired United States Naval Officer and a retired Superintendent of California Public Schools. Stan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Memphis. He has an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Operations Research Analysis, Management Sciences from the Naval Postgraduate School and Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration-Quantitative Methods from Northcentral University. Stan is a native of North Carolina, and is currently a Principal with Data Management Consulting. Dr. Dobbs is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the HELIN INSTITUTE.
